摘要
桥本脑病（HE）是伴有抗甲状腺抗体增高的脑病，它以血清抗甲状腺抗体滴度增高、神经和精神功能异常及对糖皮质激素治疗敏感为主要特征。HE仅有20％-50％出现影像学异常。本文对其临床表现、影像学特点以及影像与临床的关系进行综述。
Hashimoto＇s encephalopathy （HE） is an encephalopathy associated with high levels of anti-thyroid antibodies, which include the feature of high titers of serum anti-thyroid antibodies, psychosis and good response to steroid therapy. There are 20% 450% patients have abnormal present on CT or MRI. In this paper, the clinical manifestation, imaging and the relation of those of HE were reviewed.
