摘要
目的研究股静脉穿刺在重症患者抢救中的应用。方法选取我院2011年1月。2013年6月实行深静脉穿刺患者30例，采取回顾性的分析方式将其分为研究组和对照组。研究组有患者15例，采取股静脉穿刺；对照组有患者15例，采取颈外静脉穿刺。治疗结束后，对两组患者穿刺前后的生命体征变化、穿刺所需时间以及不良反应发生隋况进行统计。结果实验结束后发现，两组患者在穿刺前后血压等生命体征变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；研究组穿刺平均所花时间为（50．21±3．22）s，要明显少于对照组所花时间（64．47±4．72）S，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组发生血栓、静脉炎以及针头脱落情况要明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在重症患者的抢救过程中，实施股静脉穿刺可以减少操作所花时间，提高临床效率，并且能够显著降低不良反应的发生，在临床中值得广泛推广。
Objective To study application in patients with severe femoral vein puncture rescue. Methods 30 patients which were selected and treated in our hospital in January 2011 to June 2013 with venous puncture implemented were divided into study group and control group by retrospective analytical methods. Study group of 15 patients took the femoral vein puncture; control group of 15 patients took the external jugular vein. After treatment, the two groups of patients before and after changes in vital signs puncture, puncture, and the time required to make statistical incidence of adverse reactions. Results After the experiment finding that two groups of patients before and after the puncture blood pressure and other vital signs change no significant difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; study group puncture the average tihae spent for the （50.21 ± 3.22）s, to be significantly less than the control group time spent （64.47 ± 4.72）s, significant differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; study group thrombosis, phlebitis, and needle shedding is significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion During the rescue of critically ill patients, the implementation of the femoral vein puncture could reduce the time spent on operations, improved clinical efficiency, and could significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in clinical practice should be popularized.
