摘要
目的探讨骨科医师以环形的外固定架为胫腓骨远端发生骨折损伤的患者实施治疗的效果。方法以胫腓骨远端发生骨折损伤患者86例为对象,以单臂外固定方法为随机抽取的30例施治,为Ⅰ组,另56例则以环形外固定方法治疗,为Ⅱ组,对比两组患者的疗效。结果两组患者关节功能评分显示,Ⅱ组患者优良44例,优良率78.57%,Ⅰ组患者优良15例,优良率为50.00%,Ⅱ组患者关节功能恢复更好(P<0.05)。并发症记录显示,Ⅰ组中3例发生并发症,神经血管损伤、固定架断裂、骨髓炎各1例,发生率为10.00%,Ⅱ组患者未有任何发生类似并发症的患者,Ⅱ组并发症明显比Ⅰ组少(P<0.05)。结论以环形外固定架为胫腓骨的远端骨折伤患施治,效果较普通的单臂固定法更为显著,可有效促进患者骨折部位恢复。
Objective To investigate the department of orthopedics physicians with ring external fixation for distal tibial and fibular implementation of treatment effect damage in patients with fracture. Methods The distal tibial and fibular fracture injury in 86 patients as the object, with unilateral external fixation method for the treatment of 30 cases randomly, I group, another 56 cases with ring external fixation for the treatment,Ⅱ group, comparison and summarization of circular external fixator treatment. Results The two groups of patients with joint function score display, patients in group Ⅱ were excellent in 44 cases, the excellent and good rate was 78.57%, Ⅰ group were excellent in 15 cases, the excellent and good rate was 50%,Ⅱ group were better joint function recovery（P 〈 0.05）. Records show that in the I group complications, complications occurred in 3 cases, nerve and blood vessel injury, fixation of fracture, osteomyelitis in 1 cases, the incidence rate was 10%, no patients in the Ⅱgroup were similar to any complications, complications rate was 0, complications in Ⅱ group was significantly lower than that in the Ⅰ group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The external fixator for fracture of distal end of tibia and fibula injury treatment, fixed effects than ordinary method one is more significant, can effectively promote the recovery of patients with fracture.
