摘要
目的比较分析我院门诊处方在进行处方点评前后的质量变化。方法随机抽取我院2012年6～12月（处方点评前）门诊处方1763张以及2013年1—6月（处方点评后）门诊处方177i张，对两个时期内不合格处方的类型及比例进行综合比较。结果处方点评后的不合格处方张数明显少于处方点评前（P〈0．05），处方点评后的总合格率为96．44％显著高于点评前的85．65％（P〈0．01）。结论实行处方点评可有效提高门诊处方的质量，从而促进临床合理用药，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze and compare the changes in quality of outpatient prescription before and after the implementation of prescription comment. Methods 1763 pieces of outpatient prescription were randomly selected from June 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital and 1771 pieces were randomly selected from January 2013 to June 2013,the type and proportion of unqualified prescriptions in two periods were compared. Results The amount of unqualified prescriptions after prescription comment was less than that before prescription comment（P 〈 0.05）,the total pass rate after prescription comment was 96.44%,which was higher than that before prescription comment （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The implement of prescription comment can improve the quality of outpatient prescription and promote the rational druz use.which is worthy of clinical widelv.
