摘要
目的观察和分析综合护理方法对社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响。方法回顾性总结社区56例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病例资料,按照护理方法的不同进行分组:选择综合护理干预方法进行护理的30例患者为护理组,选择常规康复指导方法进行护理的26例患者为对照组,1年后按评价标准进行评价,最后统计学方法比较两组护理结果组间差异性。结果护理组1年后肺功能指标评分情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),护理组生活质量平均分数为(3.13±0.12)分,明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行健康教育,心理疏导和呼吸功能训练等综合护理干预方法具有满意的护理效果。
Objective To observe and analyze the impact of comprehensive care on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 56 cases＇ clinical datum with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into two groups according to different care methods, 30 cases＇ datum who cared by comprehensive care were selected as the care group, 26 cases＇ datum who cared by general care were selected as the control group, After 1 year according to evaluation criteria to evaluate nursing, final the results differences between the two groups were compared statistically. Results After one year, the care group＇s score of lung function was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the life quality average score of the care group was （3.13 ± 0.12） points, it was significantly higher than the control （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health education is give to community chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Psychological counseling and training in respiratory function and other comprehensive nursing interventions have satisfactory resuhs.
