摘要
目的探讨全面优质护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的临床效果。方法从2010年9月～2012年9月在我院进行剖宫产的产妇中选取200例，根据护理方法不同分为治疗组和对照组，每组各100例。对照组产妇给予常规产后护理，治疗组产妇给予全面优质护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果治疗组患者术后48h疼痛评分平均（2．76±0．83）分，出院时抑郁评分（43．52±3．91）分；对照组患者术后48h疼痛评分平均（5．42±1．52）分，出院时抑郁评分（43．52±3．91玢。治疗组在术后疼痛及心理抑郁方面均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。100例治疗组产妇中有96例产妇成功进行了母乳喂养，母乳喂养成功率为96％；而对照组100例产妇中仅82例成功进行了母乳喂养，母乳喂养成功率为82％，两组之间有显著差异，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全面优质护理可以减轻产妇术后疼痛，改善产妇抑郁情况，增加产妇母乳喂养成功率，对于提高产妇的生活质量有显著疗效。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive quality nursing in nursing of puerpera after cesarean section. Methods Two hundreds puerpera underwent cesarean section from September 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital were selected, and were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to different nursing methods, each group had 100 patients. The puerpera in the control group were treated with conventional postnatal care, while those in the treatment group were treated with comprehensive quality nursing. The clinical nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The average pain score at 48h after the operation and depression score at discharge in the treatment group was （2.76± 0.83）scores,（43.52 ± 3.91）scores respectively,while those in the control group was （5.42 ±1.52）scores, （ 43.52 ± 3.91）scores respectively. The pain and psychological depression after the operation in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Ninety-six puerpera of 100 patients in the treatment group took breast feeding successfully, the successful rate of breast feeding was 96%,while 82 puerpera of 100 patients in the control group took breast feeding successfully, the successful rate of breast feeding was 82%, there was remarkable difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive quality nursing can relieve postoperative pain of puerperal, improve the depression of puerperal, increase the successful rate of breast feeding, and it has significant effect for improving the quality of the life of puerperal.
