摘要
目的探讨护理干预在老年高血压患者中的应用价值。方法将2012年3月-2013年3月我院收治的老年高血压患者84例按不同的护理方式均分为对照组（给予常规护理）和实验组（给予护理干预），对两组患者降压效果、平均舒张压、平均收缩压进行综合比较。结果实验组患者降压有效率达到92．86％，明显高于对照组的69．05％（P〈0．05）；护理后，实验组患者平均舒张压和平均收缩压均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预能够有效降低老年高血压患者舒张压、收缩压，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of nursing intervention in the nursing elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were divided them into control group（routine care） and experimental group（nursing intervention）, the antihypertensive effect, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure of two groups were compared. Results The hypotensive efficiency of experimental group was 92.86%, which was higher than that of control group（69.05%）（P 〈 0.05）;after care, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure of experimental group were lower than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention has a good effects on the control of blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.
