摘要
目的探讨艾箱灸运用于药物流产的临床疗效。方法将60例早孕行药物流产者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组于口服米索前列醇后即开始用艾箱灸神阙、气海、关元、中级穴,每日灸2次,每次灸30min;对照组不予艾箱灸,按第一组方法口服米非司酮及米索前列醇。结果治疗组宫缩痛的VAS(视觉模拟)评分、出血量、出血持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组药物流产成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在药物流产过程中使用艾箱灸能明显减轻药物流产宫缩痛的程度,减少出血量,缩短出血时间,提高流产成功率,且安全、无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of moxibustion with moxa box for drugs abortmn. Methods Sixty early pregnant women seeking for drugs abortion were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group had 30 cases. The women in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion with moxa box on Shenque acupoint,Qihai aeupoint,Guanyuan acupoint and Zhongji acupoint twice a day,30 minutes each time after oral misoprostol;while the women in the control group were treated with oral mifepristone and misoprostel without moxibustion with moxa box. Results The VAS（visual analogue score） of contractions pain, blood los bleeding duration in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）, The success rate of drugs abortion in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0,05）, Coneltthm The moxibustion with moxa box used in the process of drugs abortion can significantly reduce the extent of contractions pain, reduce blood loss,shorten bleeding time,increase success rate of drugs abortion.It is safe and has no adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical use.
