摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法将63例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例和对照组31例均予相同的基础治疗、西药治疗,治疗组加用补阳还五汤口服。结果治疗组总有效率达90.6%,对照组的总有效率64.5%,对照组与治疗组相比较可以看出,采用中西医结合治疗糖尿病足治疗组临床效果优于对照组的临床效果(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病足能明显提高疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the treating diabetic foot in the integrative medicine. Methods 63 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 32 cases and control group 31 cases. The basic therapy of both groups is the same, western medicine treatment. The treatment group was given the BuyangHuanwu decoction. Results The total effective rate was 90.6% in the treatment group and in the control group the total effective rate was 64.5%. Compared the control group and treatment group, the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group is better than that of control group in clinical effect（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treating diabetic foot with the Buyang ttuanwu decoction can significantly improve efficacy.
