摘要
目的观察茵栀黄口服液治疗母乳性黄疸的疗效。方法选择母乳性黄疸100例，随机分为两组，治疗组口服茵栀黄1：3服液，每次5mL，每日2次，对照组采用口服婴儿葡萄糖粉配制成浓度为5％-10％葡萄糖溶液，每次20mL，每日3次。7d为1个疗程。结果治疗组治愈17例，好转29例，无效4例；对照组治愈9例，好转18例，无效23例。两组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论茵栀黄口服液治疗母乳性黄疸安全、有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of breast milk jaundice. Methods One hundred patients with breast milk jaundice were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups;The treatment group received 5 mL of oral Yinzhihuang liquid per time and twice per day;The control group received 20 mL of 5% to 10% glucose solution made from baby glucose powder per time and 3 times per day.One treatment course consisted of 7 days. Results In the treatment group,17 patients were cured,29 patients improved and 4 patients were ineffective;In the control group,9 patients were cured,18 patients improved and 23 patients were ineffective.There existed statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral liquid is safe and effective in the treatment of breast milk jaundice.
