摘要
目的建立鼻咽清毒剂中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，甲醇-水（25：75）为流动相，检测波长270nm。结果龙胆苦苷在0．0822～0．822μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为98．7％，RSD为1．04%n=6）。结论该方法简单易行，专属性和重视性良好，结果准确可靠，可用于其制剂的含量质量控制。
Objective To establish an assay method for the determination of Gentiopicroside in Nasopharynx disinfectant. Methods The study was performed on high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） with the Octadecyl silane bonded silica as filler,methanol-water（25：75）as mobile phase, with the detection wavelength at 270nm. Results Good linearity over the range of 0.0822-0.822 μ g was showed for Gentiopicroside with r=0.9999,the average of recoveries were 98.7%, Ralative standard deviations （RSDs） were 1.04% （n=6）. Conclusion This assay method is simple,which has good specificity and reproducibility,the results are accurate and reliable,and it can be applied in the quality control for the content of this preparation.
