摘要
研究穴位注射“哑门”穴对小鼠脑缺血所致学习记忆障碍的影响。采用双侧颈总动脉反复缺血再灌注合并尾部放血方法在小鼠上复制出类似人类的 VD模型 ,把 4 0只小鼠按随机分组的原则分为假手术组、模型组、穴位注射脑活素组、穴位注射注射用水组 ,观察穴位注射“哑门”穴对各组不同治疗天数的模型小鼠游全程时间的影响 ,以及穴位注射“哑门”穴对各组不同治疗天数模型小鼠进入盲端错误次数的影响。结果显示穴注脑活素组与穴注注射用水组有改善脑缺血小鼠学习记忆功能的作用。
The experiment aimed to study effects of “yamen” point injection on mouse's learning dysmnesia induced by cerebral ischemia.With re perfusion of repeated ischemia in bilateral common carotid arteries and bloodletting tails,make the model mouse like human being's VD,randomly divide 40 mouse into 4 groups,i.e.,false operation group,model group,point injection of brain active element group and point injection of water for injection group.Then observe the different effects of “yamen” point injection on the wrong times of the model mouse of each group entering cecum with different treating days.The results showed that point injections of brain active element and water for injection could improve the memory of the mouse with cerebral ischemia.
