摘要
文化发展是在技术力和环境力这两大力系统的博弈中进行的,技术力推动文化不断的进步,环境力则决定其进步以何种方式进行及以何种方式显示。所以,尽管文化在不断发展,却仍然体现出地域和民族的特色。艺术发展亦是由技术进步导致艺术形态、表现及其各种可能性的拓展,但同时,环境(含自然、文化和历史)的作用又必然使其呈现自身特色。技术形成的文化进步可以通过传播来输入,但艺术的独特性则只能由人在自己的环境中创造出来。全球化的本质不是交通、通信或网络,而在经济方式,故其表现形式必然是一体化而非单一化。在一体化中,更重要的是由彼此间的差异来形成互补,形成被需要的潜质,故全球化一定是伴随着特色化和多样化进程的。在这个方面,地域艺术正是能够发挥重大作用的一种文化形态,因而在塑造地域文化特色、参与全球化博弈方面具有重要价值。
Culture advances in the competition between technique power and environmental power. Technique promotes the continuous advancement of culture, yet, environment decides in which way it advances and in which way it displays. Therefore, even though culture continuously develops, it still embodies regional and ethnical characteristics. And it is the same with art. Advanced technology generates art form, expression and different kinds of possible expansion. However, environment including natural, cultural and historical environment necessarily makes it appear peculiar characteristics. The essence of globalization is not transportation, communication or the internet, but is the economic mode. Therefore, its pattern of manifestation is integration but not simplification. So, globalization necessarily develops with characteristic and diversified course. In this sense, it is local art that could function a lot in building regional cultural characteristics and in participating in the global competition.
