摘要
目的 :研究开发中药利糖口服液。方法 :运用相关测定指标进行利糖口服液对实验性糖尿病 ( IDDM)大鼠和非胰岛素依赖性实验性糖尿病 ( NIDDM)大鼠模型的影响研究。结果 :本品可显著降低血糖 ,增加胰岛素分泌 ,同时可使升高的血脂 (甘油三脂 )降低 ,对老年大鼠空腹血糖水平不受影响 ,但可提高糖耐量等。结论 :提示本品有明显改善糖尿病大鼠模型糖代谢和脂类代谢 ,促进机体正常生长的作用。
Objective:Research and develop Chinese drug Litang Oral Liquid.Method:By measuring relevant quota,research the effects of Litang Oral Liquid on the model rats with experimental diabetes and those with experimental diabetes depending non insulin.The results showed that the medicine could obviously reduce blood sugar and increase insulin secretion,at the same time,lower the high blood lipid(triglyceride),but it had no effect on the old rats' fasting blood glucose,only increased their sugar tolerance.It was concluded that the drug could markedly improve the blood lipid metabolism in the model rats with diabetes and make the organism grow normally.
