摘要
试验通过对甜菜碱粉剂制粒、抛圆、烘干处理，旨在获得甜菜碱湿法制粒的理想工艺参数。以烘干后颗粒（20～60目）的产出率为评价指标，以加水量、赋形剂添加量、摇摆振动筛筛孔大小为影响因素，设计L9（3^3）正交试验。试验结果表明：在加水量为20％，赋形剂含量为15％，筛网为16目时，湿法制粒的成品率最高。
Betaine powder as main material ,the optimum wet granulation process parameters by granulation, castrounding,drying were determined.Dried betaine particles （20 ～ 60 mesh） yield as the index, orthogonal test was set,and three factors included water dosage,excipient content,sieve mesh.The results showed that while excipient,water,sieve mesh were 20%, 15%, 16 mesh,respectively,and the production rate was the highest.
