摘要 目的:研究木犀科辛琴属植物白枪杆的化学成分。方法:采用80%乙醇提取白枪杆树皮,以硅胶、凝胶等色谱手段分离化合物,经红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱鉴定化合物结构。结果:共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸甲酯(1)、1-O-咖啡酰基-α-D-葡萄吡喃糖(2)、1-O-咖啡酰基-βD-葡萄吡喃糖(3)、存额阿塔斯德A(4)、7,11.二甲酯油苷(5)、(8Z).橄榄苦苷(6)、肌醇(7)、邻苯二酚(8)、α-乙基-D-呋喃葡糖苷(9)和β-甲基-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从白枪杆中分离得到。本研究结果可为了解该植物的特性提供-定依据。 OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from Fraxinus malacophylla. METHOD S:F. malacophylla were ex- tracted by using 80% ethanol. The compounds were separated by silica gel chromatography and gel chromatography, and the struc- tures of them were identified by IR, NMR and MS. RESULTS: 10 compounds were isolated, such as caffeic acid methyl ester (1), 1-O-caffeoyl-α-D-glucopyranose (2) , 1-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyra-nose (3) , cuneataside A (4) , oleoside-7, ll-dimethyl ester (5) , (8Z) -ligstroside (6), myo-inositol (7), pyrocatechol (8), a-ethyl-D-glucopyranoside (9) and β-methy-L-rhampyranoside (10). CON- CLUSIONS : All of them are isolated from F. malacophylla for the first time. The results of study can provide reference for the char- acteristics study of the plants.
