摘要
随着教育改革的深入和发展,人们越来越关注教学管理中人性化的因素,人性化教学管理不仅体现了大学的人文精神和人文关怀,更加体现了对于师生个体价值及人格尊严的尊重,然而在我国,大学教学中的人性化管理缺失现象仍然存在,并且在一些地区和部分大学中还比较严重。本文试图通过分析我国大学教学管理中人性化管理缺失的现状及原因,寻求解决大学教学中管理人性化缺失的改善策略。
With the deepening and development of education reform, there is growing concern on human factors in teaching management, humane teaching management not only reflects the university＇s human spirit and humanistic care, more reflects the value for individual students and the respect of human dignity. However, in our country, university teaching humane man- agement deficiencies still exists, and in some regions and some universities are also quite serious. This paper attempts to ana- lyze the management of university teaching humane management of the status quo and the reasons for lack, seeking solutions to improve humanized missing in university teaching.
