摘要
学习拖延是有目的的推迟必须完成的学习任务的行为。学习拖延是很多大学生在学习过程中的常见问题,是指学习者知道自己应该在预定时间内完成学习任务,但却不能按计划分阶段完成学习任务。学习拖延在国内外许多高校都普遍存在,当出现学习拖延问题时,会影响到他们的学业成绩、情绪和认知,甚至会影响到他们的身体健康。本文旨在减少大学生因拖延产生的情绪困扰干预调节大学生的学习生活及情绪状态。
Academic procrastination is the behavior that purposeful postpone learning tasks must be completed. Procrastina- tion is the common problems of a lot of students in the learning process, the learners know that they should complete learning tasks within the scheduled time:, but cannot complete learning tasks in phases according to plan. Academic procrastination is prevalent in many colleges and Imiversities at home and abroad, when there is learning delays, it will affect their academic per- formance, mood and cognition, and even affect their physical health.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the college students' emotional distress because of the delay intervention adjust the study life of college students and emotional state.
