摘要
目的 :探讨人冠状动脉内膜、中膜平滑肌细胞核 (smoothmusclecellnuclei,SMCN)体密度的年龄性变化。方法 :应用常规石蜡切片 ,Verhoeff氏铁苏木精 -VanGieson染色 ,对 33例 15岁~ 5 0岁正常男性左冠状动脉前室间支(以下简称冠状动脉 )内膜、中膜SMCN体密度进行了图像定量分析。结果 :正常男性冠状动脉SMCN体密度的年龄性变化不明显 ,但 31岁以后的同年龄段内膜、中膜不同部位间SMCN体密度有显著性差异 ,其中内膜高于中膜 ,31~岁 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,41~ 5 0岁 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :正常男性冠状动脉壁平滑肌细胞的增殖能力与年龄无明显关系 ;31岁以后的同年龄段内膜中平滑肌细胞的增殖能力强于中膜。
Objective To explore the age-specific changes in smooth muscle cell nuclei volume density of intima and media of human coronary artery. Methods The initial segments of the left anterior descending artery were sectioned from 33 male cadavers at 15 to 50 years by the paraffin-embedded method.The section preparations were stained by means of Verhoeff-VanGieson, and measured with light microscopy and image analysis system. Result The smooth muscle cell nuclei volume densities do not obviously change with age in the male coronary artery wall,but the changes in the intima and media are significant in the age groups of over 31( P <0.05) and between 41 and 50( P <0.01). Conclusion The multiplication of smooth muscle cells in male coronary artery wall is not clearly associated with age.Yet the cell multiplication at the ages of over 31 is greater in the intima than in the media.
