摘要
采用ELISA及化学发光法检测乙型肝炎病毒五种血清标志物,在本肝病专科实验室检测过程中,发现一例未经报道的罕见病例模式(-++-+),其检测结果具有明显特殊性,本文就此病例进行探讨,试图讨论其机制机理,以期引起相关专业工作者的注意,提高检测准确性,并为病毒基因复制的深入研究提供参考。
Using ELISA and chemiluminensense to detecting HBsAg. HBsAb. HBeAg. HBeAb. HBcAb, during the testing of these five biomarkers in serum. We have discovered a rare pattern, his detecting results（- ＋ ＋ - ＋ ）are uncommon and never reported before; we are discussing this pattern in the article, trying to drawing other researchers attention and make it out. Also hope to enhance the accuracy of detection.
