摘要
目的探讨乳晕入路切除乳腺良性肿块的临床价值。方法 80例乳腺良性肿块患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组20例患者采取传统切除手术法,观察组60例采取乳晕入路切除手术法。结果两组在手术情况和并发症发生率上存在明显性差异,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论乳晕入路切除乳腺良性肿块疗效显著,术后恢复快,并发症少,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
Objective To study the clinical value of breast areola approach resection of benign breast masses. Methods 80 cases of benign breast tumor patients, divided into the observation group and the control group. 20 patients in the control group adopted the traditional resection operation method. The observation group 60 cases take the breast areola approach resection operation method. Results The incidence of operation and complications, there were obvious differences between the two groups. Curative effect, the observation group better than in the control group. Conclusion Breast areola approach resection of benign breast lumps, good curative effect, quick recovery after operation, fewer complications, have broad prospects in clinical application.
