摘要
查阅近10年关于儿科临床使用中药注射剂发生药物不良反应的文献,总结中药注射剂发生不良反应时的主要临床表现,分析其相关因素。指出儿科发生中药注射剂不良反应与儿童独特的生理特点、临床研究中缺少观察对象、药代动力学复杂、说明书中无儿童的临床用量等因素有关。
Literatures in recent 10 years about adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection in pediatric clinical use were consulted to summarize the main clinical features of adverse drug reaction of common traditional Chinese medicine injection and part of traditional Chinese medicine injections,and analyze its related factors.And it is pointed out that the reaction is related to children＇s unique physiological characteristics,lack of clinical research observation object,complex pharmacokinetics,manual without clinical dosage for children and other factors.
