摘要
目的 :进一步提高急性肾功能衰竭 ( ARF)伴多器官功能障碍 ( MODS)的诊治水平。方法 :本文总结了 10年来 2 6例病人不同时期的不同诊治经过 ,进一步证实了连续性肾脏替代治疗这种新技术已发挥其独特的作用。结果 :ARF伴 MODS2 6例 ,临床治愈 2 4例 ,占 92 .3% ,死亡 2例占7.7%。结论 :ARF伴 MODS的诊治要针对原发病进行有效的治疗 ,还须调控过度的炎症反应及异常的免疫反应 ,积极治疗内毒素血症 。
Objective:To further improve the level of the management of acute renal failure with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]26 patients who undertook different kinds of therapies in the last 10 years were studied retrospectively,to further confirm the unique role the renal replacement therapy(RRI),a new technology plays.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Among the 26 acute renal failure patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,24 patients(92.3%,were clinically cured and two (7.7%)died.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The management of acute renal failure(ARF)with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) should include the effective treatment to the primary disease,regulation of the excess inflammation and abnormal immune reaction and positive measures to treat endoxaemia.The comprehensive treatment measure should be emphasized through the whole process.
