摘要
随着对急性冠状动脉综合征 (ACS)病理生理过程的研究深入 ,传统心肌酶学用于诊断缺血性心肌损伤越来越多暴露出诊断时间窗短、特异性不高、早期阳性率不高等不足 ,心肌肌钙蛋白等指标弥补了这些不足而备受关注。本文就ACS相关生化标志物的组织特异性、释放动力学特征、临床应用作一综述。
With our greater understanding of the pathophysiolgy of the acute coronary syndromes,cardiac markers have progressed from measurement of enzymes such as serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase and creatin kinase isoenzymes,which unfortunately have significant limitation,to structural proteins such as cardiac troponins.The purpose of this paper is to review the tissue specificity,release dynamics and clinical application of markers of ACS.
