摘要
介绍随着环境不确定性和信息复杂度的增加,公共图书馆积极主动地为政府决策提供服务逐渐成为一种趋势。通过调查我国主要图书馆的网站及报道,总结公共图书馆在反馈寻求方式上的普遍做法,基于反馈寻求的理论,指出图书馆在反馈寻求做法上的不足。最后,结合国外优秀图书馆的反馈寻求经验,提出我国公共图书馆反馈寻求的可行途径。
With environmental uncertainty and information complexity increasing, it has become a trend that public libraries provide active services for government decision-making. This paper investigated the public libraries＇ websites and reports. Based on feedback seeking theory, we pointed out the limit in seeking feedback. Finally, after the combination of outstanding foreign libraries＇ feedback seeking experience, we put forward same feasible ways of feedback seeking practices for our library in the future.
