摘要
应用带旋髂深血管髂骨瓣转移加空心钉内固定治疗 30例股骨颈骨折。随访 2～ 11年 ,股骨颈骨折全部愈合 ,平均愈合时间 3～ 6个月 ,无骨不连。研究表明 :空心钉内固定使骨折更加稳定 ,带血管蒂髂骨瓣转移为股骨颈骨折愈合重建了血供 ,预防了骨不连和股骨头坏死的发生 ,效果明显。
cases of femoral neck fracture were treated with the combination of an implant of the illiac bone flap with vascular pedicle and the internal fixation with a hollow nail. After a mean follow-up of 4 years and 3 months(2-11 years), if was shown that all of the patients have healed without non union. The mean time of healing was 3-6 months. The internal fixation of the hollow nail made the fracture more stable. The implant of the bone flap with vascular pedicbe reconstructed the blood supply for the healing of the femoral neck fracture. They prevented non union and the necrosis of the femoral. The effect is satisfactive.
