摘要
从商贸物流园的内涵和发展动力入手,对城市边缘区商贸物流园进行分析,进而以唐山西部商贸物流城为例,解析了包括总体发展思路、结构功能布局、产业创新设置、空间要素承载等方面内容,总结出商贸物流型"边缘城市"的基本规划模式。
By introducing the connotation and development power of the trading and logistics park, this paper analyzed the development of the trading and logistics park in city fringe area. With the analysis of Tangshan Western Trading and Logistics Park＇ s innovative ideas, structure and function analysis, industrial settings, space elements etc, we found the basic planning mode of trading and logistics edge cities.
