摘要
推进基本公共服务均等化是建设服务型政府的应有之义,浙江省的教育公共服务供给实践经验表明,经济发展进一步增强了政府的公共产品供给能力,从而增加了政府加大公共服务有关的财政支出的可能性,却未必能帮助政府解决好地区间的基本公共服务非均等化问题。分析这种状况存在的原因,从而提出相关解决方案,对于如何协调经济发展和基本公共服务均等化之间的关系具有全局性意义。
To build a service-oriented government and promote the equalization of basic public services is necessary. The educational services supply experience of Zhejiang province shows that economic growth can enhanced the public supply ability of the government, then increase the possibility of the government to increase financial expenditure on public services, but can＇t help the government to solve the problem of non-equalization of basic public services in different regions. Analysis of the reasons for the existence of this phenomenon and proposing relevant solutions is important for us to coordinate economic development and the equalization of basic public services.
