分析了上饶地区水情水患特点及其原因 ,并结合上饶地区实际情况 。
This paper analyzed the characteristic and reason of flood disaster in Shangrao prefecture.Combined with the reality of Shangrao prefecture,it put forword the concrete measure of treating flood disaster in Shangrao prefecture.
