鼻内窥镜技术在鼻腔泪囊吻合术后的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨鼻内窥镜技术在鼻腔泪囊吻合术后的应用价值,并评价其疗效。方法对23例不同原因引起的泪囊炎患者采用鼻内窥镜技术进行治疗,并对其预后进行分析及评价。结果 23例病人术后均无明显溢泪及溢脓症状发生。中鼻道无粘连,鼻泪管冲洗通畅,泪道中鼻道开口情况良好。结论术后内窥镜下的中鼻道清理,能有效地清除术后可能产生的痂壳及瘢痕粘连,减少盲目操作带来的不必要损伤。从而达到保持泪道畅通、减少复发、确保疗效的目的。 Objective To study and analyze of nasal endoscopic technology in the lacrimal sac anastomosis of post-operative nasal application.Methods 23 patients hospitalized cases were treated with endoscopic technology.The clinical curative effect was evaluated.Results There were not significant epiphora and pyorrhea in the patients.There were no adhesions of middle nasal meatus.The nasolacrimal duct was unobstructed.Conclusion Middle nasal meatus clearance after operation can effectually clear crust and cicatricial adhesion,keep tractus lacrimalis unbloeked and reduce relapse.
