摘要
亚麻与亚麻锈菌互作机制的研究 ,一直是植物病理研究的基础和重要内容。本文综合讨论了亚麻抗锈病基因的结构、分子克隆方法。
The interaction mechanism of flax and flax rust is the main research field in plant pathology. The structure of flax resistant gene to rust, molecular clonning method, molecular basis of resistant signal conduction and the characteristics of protein encoded by the resistant gene are discussed comprehensively in this paper.
