摘要 品德教学需要学生发挥主体性,积极主动地参与课堂讨论,以实现对知识的理解和内化,为良好的行为打下基础。当前的品德课堂中,由于存在自卑心理、从众心理、惰性心理等心理障碍,很多学生不愿发言、不敢发言、不会发言。可以通过营造良好的课堂氛围、提供赢得成功的机会、采用灵活的教学方法等途径,给予发言的自由,培养发言的自信,力促发言的自主,对学生的发言进行必要的心理调适。 Moral education needs to give play to students" subjectivity so that they can actively participate in classroom discussions, and understand and internalize what they have acquired for a good foundation of behaviors. Yel there exist some issues with the current moral classroom teaching, such as students" unwillingness to speak, not daring to speak, failure to speak, etc. Therefore it is necessary to adjust students" mentality by adopting such approaches as creating good classroom atmosphere, offering them successful opportunities, and using flexible teaching methods so that they can be given freedom, confidence and autonomy to speak in class.
