摘要
临床专业学位研究生制度的建立是为了加速培养临床医学高层次人才,提高临床医疗队伍的素质和临床医疗工作水平,促进卫生事业的发展,以适应社会对高层次临床医师的需要。因此,临床专业学位研究生的大部分学习时间要安排临床训练,科研训练时间紧张,如何帮助研究生高效完成科研训练,帮助研究生恰当选题,作者认为应该以研究生自主选题为主,贴近导师研究方向为辅;同时选题应该紧贴临床实际需要,结合本科室专业特色,适合于研究生本人个性特点。
The purpose of clinical professional graduate system is to accelerate the cultivation of high level clinical medical talents, improve the quality of clinical medical staff and clinical medical service and promote the development of public health to meet the social needs of high-level clinicians. Therefore, most study time of clinical postgraduate was arranged for clinical training. In author＇ s opinion, how to help the students to efficient- ly complete scientific research training, and select appropriate topics, the postgraduate should consider topics in- dependently, and topics should be close to the supervisor＇ s research direction. In the meantime, topics should meet the clinical practical needs, in accordance with professional characteristics of his department, and suitable for student＇ s personality as well.
