PFNA治疗老年EvansⅡ型股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨PFNA治疗老年EvansⅡ型股骨粗隆间骨折的方法和疗效。方法本院对31例老年EvansⅡ型股骨粗隆间骨折采用有限切开复位PFNA内固定术。结果所有病例切口均一期愈合,无主钉及锁钉松动、断裂,螺旋刀片切割、退出,髋内翻,骨不连,股骨头缺血性坏死等并发症。髋关节功能Harris评分:优24例,良4例,可1例,优良率96.6%。结论 PFNA治疗老年EvansⅡ型股骨粗隆间骨折具有手术微创、操作简单、固定牢靠、骨折术后并发症少的特点,有利于患者早期负重行走。
