摘要
综合分析了埋弧炉冶炼镍铁工艺的特点,找出真实反映电极插深的控制变量,利用模糊控制理论,提出了相应的电极调节算法,并在某项目的镍铁电炉设计中采用了电极调节模糊控制系统。实践证明,该控制系统较好地实现了电极自动调节的控制功能,满足了实际生产需要。
The characteristics of submerged arc furnace ferronickel smelting process were comprehensively ana- lyzed, the control variable that shows electrode inserted depth was found out. Based on the fuzzy control theory, the corresponding electrode regulating algorithm was suggested, and the electrode regulating fuzzy control system was adopted in the design of ferronickel electric furnace in a project. The practice showed that the control sys- tem realized the control function of electrode automatic adjustment, and met the requirements of practical pro- duction.
