摘要
师范院校的工科专业是扩大高校社会影响、有效服务地方经济的重要抓手。文章针对师范院校建设非师范类化工专业的理念薄弱,办学经验不足,人才缺乏,需要建设的教学和实践实验平台多等现实问题,紧扣化工专业实验教学质量问题,提出了我们的指导策略及具体措施,为高水平化工专业实验室的设计规划和运行管理提供帮助,以培养复合型、创新型和应用型化工紧缺人才。
Engineering in non＇aal universities is an important starting point to expand the social impact of universities and effectively serve the local economy. Against the practical difficulties, such as the rare of educational philosophy, the lack of experience and faculty, too many needs for constructions of teaching and practice platform, this paper proposed a number of specific measures and recommendations, which is focusing on improving experimental teaching quality in chemical engineering. The paper will be helpful to train the complex, innovative and application-oriented students for Xinjiang.
