摘要
利用近年中加瘦肉型猪项目引进的加系大约克后裔与荣昌猪杂交后代的生产发育及屠宰测定资料 ,对其生长肥育及胴体肉质性状进行了统计分析。结果表明 :约荣杂种猪达 1 0 0kg体重日龄 1 95 5天 ,料重比 3 0 9,瘦肉率 5 7 98% ;肉质良好 ,pH1值 6 1 6 ,失水率 2 2 93% ,肉色评分 3 2 1分 ,比目前大量采用的二元杂交效果要好 。
Records on the Crossbred of Rongchang Pig(♀) and Canadian Yorkshire(♂) that was introduced recntly from the China Canada lean type pig project,were used to analyse statistically on their growth and carcass traits The results showed that the days reached 100kg,feed efficency,lean percentage,pH 1,water binding capacity,meat colour were 195 5 days,3 09,57 98%,6 16,22 93%,3 21 This test result was better than the reported YXR crossing results
