摘要
在Pt催化剂的作用下,利用Si-H基封端的聚甲基氢硅氧烷(简称双端含氢聚硅氧烷)与烯丙基聚醚发生硅氢加成反应制备了系列的聚醚嵌段的聚二甲基硅氧烷,简称端基聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷(PEO-b-PDMS-b-PEO),探讨了其物理化学性能与结构之间的关系,并对其作为有机硅流平剂应用于现代涂料中的性能表现进行了研究。结果表明:端基聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷特殊的嵌段结构及在现代涂料中的排列方式,使其集极佳的流平、润湿分散、增滑抗刮、消泡/抑泡功能于一体,应用于现代涂料体系中作为新一代高档有机硅流平剂,可代替或减少其他助剂在现代涂料中的使用。
In the presencc of Pt catalyst, a cuccession of polyether-blocked-polysiloxanes (PEO-b-PDMS-b-PEO) were synthesized by hydrosilylation of Si-H double terminated polydimethysiloxane and allyl polyoxyethylene ether. And explore the relationship between the physical and chemical properties with structure, and the performance of the synthesized polysiloxanes as silicone leveling agent used in modem coating were studied in this paper. Experiment results showed that PEO-b-PDMS-b-PEO have excellent leveling, wetting and dispersing, anti friction and increasing the smoothness, defoaming l/mctions because of the special block structure and in the modem coatings of the arrangement, Used in modem coatings system as a new generation of high-grade silicone leveling agent, it can replace or reduce the use of other additives.
