能量代谢实验室酒精定标方法的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的利用气体分析法原理建造的能量代谢实验室正是当今国际上认定能量代谢测定的"金标准"。而其定标方法则成为实验成功的关键。方法本实验在能量代谢实验室进行37次1小时的无水乙醇燃烧试验。结果实际耗氧量与理论耗氧量之间的误差平均值为-2.7%;实测二氧化碳量与理论二氧化碳产生量之间的误差平均值为-2.6%。结论整个能量代谢实验室系统的准确度高达97%。与之前国外学者所做的定标实验比较而言,存在一定程度的提高。 Objective Energy metabolism laboratory of using gas analysis principle is the "golden standard" in the world. The calibration method has become the key to success in the experiment. Methods The experiment was con- ducted 37 times 1 hours burning test of ethanol in energy metabolism laboratory. Results The error between the ac- tual and the theoretical oxygen consumption of the mean value is --2.7% ~ the error between the actual and the theo- retical of The amount of carbon dioxide produced is --2.6 %. Conclusion The Accuracy of the whole energy metab- olism laboratory system up to 97~. In contrast to the experiment of foreign scholars,there is a certain degree of im- provement.
