摘要
随着我国电力行业的不断发展,电力企业自身面临着越来越大的市场竞争压力,而关乎竞争成败的关键性因素就是对于人力资源的有效管理,其中,绩效评价管理的正常进行更是重中之重。文章对现有电力企业人力资源管理绩效评价运行模式的现状进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决策略。
With the continuous development of China's electric power industry, the power enterprises are facing increasing pressure of market competition, the key factors for success in the competition is the effective management of the human resources management, and the performance evaluation of the normal is the priority among priorities.This paper analyses the present situation of the performance evaluating mode of the existing human resources management in electric power enterprises, and puts forward corresponding solving strategies.
