摘要
电子阅览室是未来电子或数字图书馆在现阶段的一种过渡形式 ,也是当前一种卓有成效的服务方式。图书馆管理者必须逐渐转变观念 ,重视和抓好电子阅览室的规划与建设 ,在规划中要遵循渐进性、先进性和可扩充性的原则。宣传推广工作与技术人才的培养是电子阅览室生存与发展的关键所在。
Electronic Readingroom is a kind of transition form and as well as a very effective service form for the Electronic Library or Digital Library at present.Therefore the library managers must change their some idea. They should pay great attention to the project and construction of Electronic Readingroom,following the priciples of gradualness,progressiveness and expansiveness.On another hand,the propaganda,popularization and the training of technical personnel for Electronic Readingroom is a key point to its existence and development.
