摘要
从自身的文献检索课教学实践出发 ,谈了教学中教师心理品质的要求 ,以及文献检索教师的地位及威信的树立。
Basing on personal teaching practice of document retrieval courses,the author makes a discussion to the influence of teachers psychological characters,such as insight,thinking ability,emotion,will,personalilty,ect,to student psychology.The author believes that the teachers status and prestige of document retrieval courses is a kind of psychological phenomenon showing that students trust the teacher fully.
