摘要
能量饲料在动物饲料中所占比例最大，饲料提供的能量对反刍动物脂肪沉积有重要意义，同时脂肪沉积影响养殖动物的生产性能。本文主要综述了日粮能量水平的变化对不同种类反刍动物及相关时期脂肪沉积的影响，从而为生产应用提供参考。
Energy feed is the largest proportion in animal feed and the energy provided by feed is significant for deposition of fat in ruminants. Deposition of fat affects the production per- formance of farmed animals. In this article, the effect of energy levels on deposition of fat in differ- ent kinds of ruminants and the relevant period are briefly reviewed, so as to provide the reference for the production.
