摘要
相对于国外而言,国内数字图书馆起步较晚,但是发展速度很快。文章通过对数字图书馆发展的现状及制约因素进行介绍,从技术上、法律规范上对国内数字图书馆未来建设进行了探讨。
Compared with foreign countries, the digital libraries in China started late, but developed very quickly. This paper introduces the present situation and the restrictions of the development of digital library, and discusses the future construction of domestic digital libraries from the technical and legal norms.
