摘要
用IBM PC/XT机加上相应的接口电路与日立180—50原子吸收分光光度计相连建立了在线原子吸收数据库,用于对多元素分析结果进行综合评价,统计和分类.所有软件均用汇编语言、BASIC语言和DBASE语言编写.软件可分为三大部分:数据测量、数据转换、分析程序.将此数据库系统用于人发中多种微量元素的测定,可将仪器测得数据直接转换为发样中的元素含量,并可按不同要求进行分类、统计、查找,使测试和统计统一了起来.
An on-line data base has been built into a Hitachi model 180-50 atomic absorption spectrometer with an IBM PC/XT and relevent interface circuit for synthetical appraisal,accounting and classification of the results of mtltielement analyses Softwares are writ-ten in Assembly Language,Basic Language or Dbasc Language,and consist of three parts:data measurement,data conversion and analytical program.The data base can be used for determination of some trace elements in human hair.The data measured by ins-trument can be transformed into element contents directly and can be classified,accoun-ted and retrieved according to different demands.
