陕西省基层卫生人员从业自豪感现状及影响因素分析

摘要 目的了解陕西省基层卫生人员从业自豪感的现状,并探讨其相关影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样法,共发放调查问卷154份,回收154份,有效问卷150份,有效率97.4%。采用logistic回归模型探讨基层卫生工作人员从业自豪感的相关因素。结果县级卫生工作人员平均年龄与签订合同百分比低于乡镇卫生工作者;而在学历与平均月收入方面,县级卫生人员高于乡镇卫生人员。县级卫生机构职工从业自豪感与劳动合同的签订、主动性得到发挥、能力的提升、合理的报酬、培训和发展机会多、自身潜能挖掘、卫生人力资源管理工作受重视、卫生人事相关政策有效实施等因素有关;乡镇职工从业自豪感与工作满意度、合理的报酬、培训和发展机会多、对工作熟悉程度等因素相关。结论自豪感的获得与包括合理的报酬、自身能力的提高、良好的工作环境及相关政策等多种因素有关。 Objective:To investigate the status of the sense of pride and to explore its related factors among grassroots health workers in Shaanxi province. Methods:Using a stratified cluster sampling method, 154 grassroots health workers were conducted a questionnaire survey, 150 were valid, the effective rate was 97.4%. Results :The mean age and the percentage of sign the contract for county health workers were lower than township health work- ers; The record of formal schooling and average monthly income for county health workers were higher. Labor con- tract signed, initiative work, ability to get promoted, reasonable rewards, training and development opportunities, their potential mining, health human resource management work and good health personnel policy implementation were protective factors for the sense of pride for county health workers; whereas the sense of pride for township health workers was related to job satisfaction, reasonable rewards, training and development opportunities and working familiarity. Conclusion : Reasonable rewards, ability improvement, good working environment and related policies can affect the sense of pride.
