摘要
目的探讨人性化护理对血液科疾病临床效果的影响。方法将2007年1月～2011年9月宁波市第二医院收治的急性粒细胞白血病患者,以2009年血液科引入实施人性化护理为界,从普通护理组、人性化护理组各选取39例,共78例纳入本次研究中。两组患者均给予营养支持、对症处理及化疗等常规治疗,普通护理组患者在此治疗基础上予以普通护理,人性化护理组患者在此基础上予以人性化护理,比较两组患者在治疗期间患者及家属满意度、治疗依从性及16周后患者的病死率、PR(部分缓解率)。结果对两组患者实施治疗后,患者病情相对稳定,人性化护理组患者及家属满意度、治疗依从性均较普通护理组具有明显优势;两组患者治疗16周后的病死率、PR比较,人性化护理组临床疗效较普通护理组具有明显优势,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在血液科疾病临床疗效影响上有显著优势,具有可行性。
Objective：To investigate the influence of humanistic nursing on clinical effects of hematological dis- eases. Methods ：78 patients with acute myeloid leukemia from 2007 -2011 were divided into the regular nursing group and humanistic nursing group. Regular nursing group patients received the treatment of ordinary care, humanistic nursing group received extra humanistic care, comparing the two groups of patients＇and family＇s satisfaction, treatment adherence and the mortality of patients, PR after 16w. Results：After treatment, the humanistic nursing group had obvious advantages in patient and family satisfaction, treatment adherence ; the fatality rate of two groups after 16w with treatment and PR of humanistic nursing group were better than ordinary nursing group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Humanistic nursing care has significant advantages in hematological diseases curative effects and has clinical feasibility.
