摘要
通过对古代名医身上共通的文化现象的分析发现:传统文化在人格塑造、医德养成、对医学本质的战略性把握,以及医学哲学方法的运用等方面对名医成长产生了深刻影响。受此启发,对面向基层医学生的人文教育进行合理目标分层:完善自身,成为基层居民感觉温暖的人;坚守医德,成为基层患者信任的医者;勇挑重担,成为基层居民健康的守门人;砥砺医术,成为基层患者一般诊疗的首选,以更好地促进其成长成才。
The common cukural phenomenon on me anthem lamou had a profound impact on the growth of them by shaping their personality, developing their medical ethics, helping them grasp the medicine essence, and applying the medical philosophy methods. From which, goals could be reasonably set up in the basic humanistic education for the medical students, namely improving themselves and bringing warm to primary residents; sticking to medical ethics, becoming a doctor can be trusted by patients; taking heavy burden, becoming the gatekeeper for residents health; sheering skill and becoming the first choice for patients, in order to help them grow up.
