摘要
农网网站是当前为农村提供信息服务的主要依托平台,也是促进农村信息化发展的重要力量。通过对安徽省农网的调研发现,农网的建设和运行存在一些不足,因此提出构建一个安徽省三农信息服务网络联盟的设想。笔者在调研分析的基础上依据信息服务平台理论及信息构建相关理论提供的研究思路,设计了该网络联盟具体的功能结构,并成功搭建了网络联盟的整体框架。
The rural network site is the main support for rural service information platform, but also an important force to pro- mote the development of information technology in rural areas. Based on research and analysis based on the theory of information service platform and information provided to build the relevant theoretical research ideas, design the functional structure of the Network Alliance, and successfully build the overall framework of the Network Alliance.
