不同相对分子质量液体聚异戊二烯增塑乳聚丁苯橡胶的结构与性能 被引量:2

Structure and properties of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber plasticized with liquid polyisoprene having different relative molecular masses

摘要 考察了3种微观结构相近、不同相对分子质量的液体聚异戊二烯(LIR)及其用量对乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)硫化特性、加工流动性、物理机械性能及动态力学性能的影响,并表征了ESBR硫化胶的微观形貌。结果表明,3种LIR对ESBR混炼胶硫化特性的影响不明显,LIR的相对分子质量越小或用量越多,增塑效果越明显,加工流动性越好;3种LIR均可参与硫化,所增塑ESBR硫化胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均高于未增塑ESBR硫化胶,且相对分子质量越大,其增塑ESBR硫化胶的物理机械性能越优;随着LIR用量的增加,ESBR硫化胶的耐磨性能下降;3种LIR对ESBR硫化胶的撕裂强度、压缩疲劳生热和耐老化性能影响不大;随着LIR用量的增加,LIR增塑ESBR硫化胶的Payne效应越小,损耗变化不大,3种LIR对ESBR硫化胶的抗湿滑性和滚动阻力基本无影响。综合考虑,LIR的用量宜为5份;未增塑ESBR硫化胶中炭黑粒子团聚现象显著,LIR增塑ESBR硫化胶中炭黑粒子呈珠链状分布,分散更均匀。 Influences of three kinds of liquid polyisoprene (LIR) with similar microstructure and different relative molecular masses,and their amount on curing characteristics,processing fluidity,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(ESBR) were investigated,and the micromorphology of ESBR vulcanizates was characterized.The results showed that,the effect of three kinds of LIR on curing characteristics of ESBR compounds were not obvious,and the lower the relative molecular mass and the more the amount of LIR,the better the plasticizing effect and the fluidity of ESBR.All of three kinds of LIR could co-crosslink with ESBR during vulcanization.Compared with unplasticized ESBR vulcanizates,the vulcanizates plasticized by LIR had higher tensile strength and elongation at break,and the mechanical properties of ESBR vulcanizates became better with increasing the relative molecular mass of LIR.With the increase of LIR amount,the wear resistance of ESBR vulcanizates decreased,and three kinds of LIR had little effect on the tear strength,compression heat build-up and aging resistance of ESBR vulcanizates.As LIR was increased,the Payne effect of ESBR vulcanizates decreased and the loss factor changed little.Three kinds of LIR had little effect on wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of ESBR.Based on the overall balance,the suitable amount of LIR was 5 phr.Carbon black particles agglomerated significantly in unplasticized ESBR vulcanizate,but when LIR was added,they showed bead chain distribution,implying carbon black dispersed well in ESBR vulcanizates.
